The free Supple trial is the full version of the game. You get to do everything you can on a purchased game but only for 60 minutes.
What happens after I play for the first 60 minutes?
After your 60 minutes of free play time expires you can buy the game and play on. No need to download anything again. After purchase, the game you already downloaded will play for as long as you like.
What is the size of the download and how long does it take?
The game is 49MB. On broadband download time is 1 to 3 minutes, on 56Kbps its 4 to 7 minutes. Minimum requirements are: Pentium 3-800 MHz, Windows 98, ME, XP or better, 64MB RAM, 8MB 3D Video Card.

My free trial period expired prematurely. What can I do?
In most cases there is nothing we can do to extend a free trial because we have no way of knowing the reason it ended. If you have very special circumstances you may contact support and let us know what happened.
It says this is Episode 1. Are there any other episodes?
This is the very first episode of many more to come. We will be announcing the release date of Episode 2 in the future.
Does the game contain nudity or bad language?

How do I buy the game and how much does it cost?
Once you have downloaded Supple Episode 1 you will be given the option to buy it each time you start the game. What happens if I change computers or I my computer crashes and Supple gets wiped out?
You are able to reinstall Supple up to five times on your own PC(s). To do so however you must keep the key code from the email you received after purchasing the game. Simply download the game again and activate it with that code.
My credit card is being rejected. What can I do?
You may be trying to use a card we do not accept. We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Diner's Club and JCB cards. You must also be sure that all the information you submitted matches your credit card information exactly. If you are still having problems please contact: credit service support.
